 The ACGI FUND

WE ARE PROUD OF OUR SUCCESS RATES AND THE PRIVILEGE TO PROFESSIONALLY SERVICE MANY GENERATIONS WITHIN GROWING FAMILIES.  

Heritage:  Since 1973, we have served thousands of children and families from communities all over the Chicagoland Area.  Remarkably, a large number of our graduates become adults and start their own families.  Many of them have brought their children to our programs.  We are very proud of our success rates and the privilege to professionally service many generations within a growing family.

Our social services and outreach programs have grown and become more entrenched in the war against disparities affecting the development and success of growing families. Since 1973, ACGI Missions’ nine outreach services have campaigned, and instituted programs to protect growing families from disparities in health, nutrition, education, scholarship, children, youth, family, food pantry and social wellbeing services.

Our need:  Our appeal for your financial support is to assist ACGI missions’ Public Service programs.  ACGI missions’ Public Service programs assist growing families develop their careers and provide them the tools to thrive.

Impact of Financial Crisis:  We serve communities that are hardest hit with lack of social, education, disability services, and jobs.  Most of our parents find it very hard to pay their co-payments or childcare tuition.  In the last several years, many parents were not able to bring their children for professional and educational services due to the sharp increase in unemployment.  When a parent becomes unemployed their children are denied early childhood education funds.  The scale of these incidences has greatly impacted the economic empowerment of our communities and it has also significantly reduced our family and children enrollment.

Vicarious Learning suffers:  Educational field trips are fun.  Your financial assistance will enable us to enhance our vicarious learning programs and allow us to visit local Museums, Aquarium, Zoos, Lego town and other educational and stimulating events that may come to town.  Also, we wish to continue stimulating our adult patrons with workshops and programming that enhances their health, social wellness, parenting skills, nutrition, and relationships within their families and local communities.

The impact of your support:  Your financial donation will allow us to continuously service our families and children with modern and advance programming to meet their needs in early childhood education, disability services, social services, nutrition, and health literacy programs.

Our track records:  During the past several years, our fiscal budgets and financial management operations has thus far been recession proof.  The Board of Directors for our 501(c)3 registered Non-Profit Organization has responsibly provided the leadership required to keep us successfully operating for the past 37 years.  Since we started, we have never closed our doors to the public.  It is our appeal for your financial support to keep our doors open.  Your financial support will allow us to continuously provide the public with health literacy, disability, social, safety and educational services for our growing families and children.
